Kristina DiGioia is an associate at the firm's Tampa office. Kristina practices in the area of civil defense, focusing on all aspects of employment and labor law, including discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower, and wage & hour claims. She also defends claims involving personal injury and premises liability.
Kristina graduated from the University of Florida where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a minor in History. She received her Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. While attending law school, she was a member of the Dean’s List and received the highest grade distinction in Negotiation. During law school, Kristina spent her first summer working as a law clerk for one of the nation’s largest plaintiff’s firms. Additionally, she spent the remainder of her time in law school working as a law clerk for a large insurance carrier’s in-house counsel.
