Overview
Kyle Costello is an associate in the firm's Orlando office. His practice focuses on defense of civil litigation claims, with a concentration on construction litigation matters, including construction defect and contract claims on behalf of architects, engineers, developers, contractors, and subcontractors; as well as premises liability claims on behalf of property owners.
Mr. Costello was born in New York and moved to Pembroke Pines, Florida at a young age. He attended the University of Central Florida and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. While at UCF, he served as the Historian for Phi Gamma Delta fraternity. He then stayed in Orlando to earn his Juris Doctor degree from the Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. Before joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Mr. Costello practiced solely Civil Litigation matters from inception to trial and appeal, and argued before the Florida Second District Court of Appeal.
