Overview
Lawrence Lafferty is of counsel in the firm’s West Palm Beach office. Mr. Lafferty brings to the firm more than thirty-five years litigation experience, successfully defending the interests of commercial and personal insureds in the areas of wrongful death, premises liability, liquor liability, nursing home abuse, security and motor vehicle negligence.
Mr. Lafferty received his Bachelor of Arts in English Literature with a minor in Intellectual History from the University of Michigan where he was a member of the English Literature Honors Program. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School where he received the American Jurisprudence Award in Administrative Law.
Mr. Lafferty is admitted to practice in Florida, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Colorado and before the United States Court for the District of Massachusetts. He served as president of Northeast Dispute Resolution, Inc. in Boston where he acted as chief mediator and arbitrator. His is a member of the American Bar Association.
