Overview
Marco D. Commisso is a Partner in the firm’s West Palm Beach office and practices Condominium & Community Association Litigation, Employment Litigation, Civil Rights and Fair Housing Litigation, Directors and Officers Liability Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Real Estate Litigation and Insurance Coverage Litigation. Mr. Commisso also spent 12 years of his legal career working in house at a major insurance carrier handling Community Association claims throughout the United States.
Mr. Commisso is admitted to practice before all Florida state and federal courts.
Mr. Commisso earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University. During law school, Mr. Commisso served as a certified legal intern for the National Association of Securities Dealers (currently FINRA). He also completed an internship at the Fourth District Court of Appeal as a judicial clerk. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Commisso was a newspaper reporter and editor for several South Florida publications, including the Boca Raton News, the South Florida Business Journal and various other business and trade magazines
