Overview
Marie McCarron is an associate in our Jacksonville office. She practices in the area of general defense litigation, with an emphasis on catastrophic and personal injury, premises liability, product liability, trucking accident defense, vehicle negligence and security negligence.
Ms. McCarron earned her Bachelor of Science with a major in Political Science and minor in English from Florida State University. Thereafter, Ms. McCarron attended Florida Coastal School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctor. While at Florida Coastal, Ms. McCarron served as Student Director of the Pro Bono Department and Vice Justice of Phi Alpha Delta. Upon graduation she received the Florida Coastal Founders Award in recognition of her significant contributions to the school.
Before joining Cole, Scott and Kissane as an associate, Ms. McCarron was a paralegal in our Jacksonville office. She then worked as a case manager for a large personal injury firm where she developed a comprehensive understanding of personal injury, from the initial stages of a case to its resolution. Ms. McCarron's experience allows her to understand the challenges her clients face and defend zealously on their behalf.
