Marlene Gonzalez is an Associate in the Firm's Fort Lauderdale West Office. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Classics with a focus on Classical Civilizations, along with a Minor in Sports Medicine and Art History. She completed her undergraduate studies in three years where she was part of the Equestrian Team and Division I Rowing Team. She received her Juris Doctorate from University of Miami, where she received an award in her Litigation Skills course, the Marco A. Vazquez Memorial Scholarship. She was also on the Trial Team and competed at the Texas Young Lawyers National Trial Competition, Chester Beddell Competition, Quinnipiac Criminal Law Competition, and Martin Luther King Jr. Civil Rights Trial Competition. Prior to becoming an Associate, she was a Law Clerk at the firm for three years. Ms. Gonzalez is admitted to practice before all county and state courts in Florida.
