Overview
Megan Frain is an associate with the firm's Tampa office. Ms. Frain's practice focuses in the areas of catastrophic and personal injury, general civil litigation, vehicle negligence, and premises liability.
Ms. Frain earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Tampa, where she majored in History, with minors in Education and Law, Justice, and Advocacy. During undergrad, she became a member of the University of Tampa's American Moot Court Association Competition Team. Upon graduation, she moved to New Jersey where she earned her Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Rutgers Law School. During law school, she was selected to serve as a Legal Writing Fellow, assisting first-year law students hone skills such as legal research and writing style.
Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Ms. Frain was a law clerk for a commercial litigation defense firm in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
