Overview
Mitchell Rozen is a partner in the firm’s Miami and Jacksonville offices. His practice includes architects and engineers , construction law and commercial litigation. He represents contractors, subcontractors, and developers in construction disputes, including contract, defect, and personal injury matters.
Mr. Rozen earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from SUNY Brockport with a minor in Political Science. Prior to attending law school, he performed intake screening at the Broome County Public Defender’s Office (NY).
Mr. Rozen subsequently earned his Juris Doctorate degree at Barry University School of Law. While in law school, he was a Law Clerk at a criminal defense firm in Upstate New York and a Summer Associate at a prominent insurance defense firm in Orlando, Florida.
