Monica J. Bodie

Monica J. Bodie is an associate in the firm's Miami Office. Ms. Bodie primarily focuses her practice on insurance defense, premises liability, vehicle negligence, and general civil litigation.

Ms. Bodie was born and raised in Miami, Florida and graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology. Following her undergraduate studies, Ms. Bodie attended Stetson University College of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctorate with a Certificate of Concentration in International Law. While in law school, Ms. Bodie received the Ambassador Pillar of the Community Award for exemplifying exception leadership, commitment, and passion to both the Ambassador Program and the College of Law. Additionally, Ms. Bodie received the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award for the number of pro bono hours completed throughout her time in law school.
