Musa was born and raised in Orlando, Florida. He graduated from the Burnett Honors College at the University of Central Florida, earning his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, with a Minor in Finance. He later received a 100% tuition scholarship to the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor Degree.
