Natalie Lahera is an associate in the West Palm Beach office and practices in the areas of Legal Malpractice, Commercial Litigation, Directors and Officers Liability, Insurance Agent/Broker Errors & Omissions, Employment Law, and Country Club, Homeowners' Association and Condominium Law.

Ms. Lahera focuses on handling various business-related disputes, including professional malpractice, breach of contract, fraud claims, breach of fiduciary duty, shareholder disputes, tortious interference, and consumer claims.

Originally from Miami, Florida, Ms. Lahera earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice, cum laude, with a minor in Psychology from Florida International University. She then obtained her Juris Doctorate from Florida International University College of Law. During law school, she served as a Law Clerk at a boutique complex business litigation firm, as well as a Certified Legal Intern at the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office. Ms. Lahera was also an Executive Articles Editor for the Law Review and a competing member of Moot Court.

Before joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Ms. Lahera worked at a boutique civil litigation firm in Coral Gables, Florida, where she managed multi-jurisdictional cases involving commercial litigation, medical malpractice, fraud, civil theft and conspiracy, corporate transactional disputes, breach of contract, and allegations of professional misconduct or negligence.

Ms. Lahera is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts and the United States District Court for the Southern Districts of Florida.
