Nicole R. Topper is a Partner in the firm's West Palm Beach office who provides counseling and defense in the areas of personal injury and general liability claims, condominium and homeowners association law, fair housing litigation, directors and officers liability litigation, insurance coverage and employment law. Ms. Topper also devotes her practice to construction litigation including the representation of design professionals in professional liability claims, developers, contractors, and subcontractors in construction defect claims.

Ms. Topper has spent over a decade of her career working in Big Law handling commercial banking and financial litigation, real property disputes, and commercial litigation.

Ms. Topper is licensed in Florida, Maryland and District of Columbia. Her bar admissions include United States Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals for 11th Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and all Florida District Courts.

Ms. Topper is a member of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers (FAWL) and Palm Beach County Bar Association. Ms. Topper is also a repeat speaker for various continuing legal education (CLE) courses.
