Noah William Boyar is an Associate in the firm’s Bonita Springs office. Mr. Boyar practices in Construction, Commercial Litigation, Employment and Labor, Insurance Defense, Premises Liability, Product Liability, Security Negligence and Vehicle Negligence.

Mr. Boyar first received his Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from Florida Gulf Coast University. Mr. Boyar then attended Emory University School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate.

Mr. Boyar gained real-world technical expertise through work in grant research and with Arthrex, Inc. He graduated at the top of his class in a program which integrated mechanical, electrical, biological, and software training, giving him literacy in a diverse range of fields. He continues to apply his knowledge at the intersections of law and science, giving him an advantage in practice areas involving engineering or injury.

While attending law school, Mr. Boyar was involved with various organizations such as the Federalist Society, and the Emory Intellectual Property Society. He went on to lead the Emory team to a top 4 placement in the United States Patent and Trademark Office’s National Patent Application Drafting Competition.

During law school, Mr. Boyar was recruited by the Hertz Corporation, providing him with further experience in a multitude of disciplines. Mr. Boyar also worked to serve the community through pro bono patent prosecution work. Mr. Boyar continued to excel academically, graduating from Emory with honors. After law school, Mr. Boyar sat for both the Florida Bar Exam and the United States Patent and Trademark Office Bar Exam, passing both and becoming a registered patent attorney.

In his free time, Mr. Boyar enjoys golfing, playing the viola and the piano, travel, and volunteering.
