Pamela Nagel is an Associate in the firm's West Palm Beach office and concentrates her practice in the area of Labor and Employment Law. Her practice includes litigating on behalf of employers and providing advice to employers. Ms. Nagel has experience representing both employees and employers in discrimination, FLSA, restrictive covenant, and breach of contract lawsuits. She has also performed workplace investigations, created handbooks and policies, and drafted employment agreements.

Ms. Nagel received her Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law with an emphasis in Urban, Land Use, and Environmental Law. At UMKC, she was President of Phi Delta Phi, an editor for The Urban Lawyer, a member of Law Review, and the Dean's List. Prior to that, she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor in Business from Rollins College where she was also a member of the Dean's List.
