Overview
Patrick is a partner in the firm’s West Palm Beach office. He practices in the areas of Labor and Employment Law, Marine/Admiralty, Commercial Litigation, Professional Malpractice, ERISA Litigation, and Class Action defense.
Patrick earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he studied Economics. He also studied at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, earning a certificate from the Summer Institute for General Management. After receiving his Bachelor’s Degree, Mr. Folley attended the University of Notre Dame Law School and clerked for the Honorable James E. Shadid, Chief United States District Judge for the Central District of Illinois. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Notre Dame Law School in 2015, graduating with Dean’s List honors.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Folley passed both the Illinois and Indiana bars. He practiced in Illinois in the areas of medical malpractice, civil rights, and general civil defense litigation, and also represented clients in toxic tort litigation in Indiana.
Patrick is licensed to practice in Illinois, Indiana, and Florida. Additionally, Mr. Folley is admitted to practice before federal courts, including the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
