Overview
Patrick McCardle is a partner with the firm’s Fort Lauderdale East Office. His practice is focused in the areas of product liability, legal malpractice, condominium and homeowner's association law, premises liability, admiralty/maritime and general civil litigation.
Mr. McCardle graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 2012. In law school, he was a member of the University of Miami International and Comparative Law Review and a research assistant to Professor Charlton Copeland. He also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Frank A. Shepherd of the Florida Third District Court of Appeal and a Certified Legal Intern in the appellate division of the Florida Office of the Attorney General.
He practices in the area of medical malpractice defense, premises liability, liquor liability defense, administrative actions, professional liability, vehicle negligence, trucking accident defense, security negligence, mass tort litigation, catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. McCardle practiced commercial litigation with a firm in Fort Lauderdale. He is a member of the Florida Bar and the Broward County Bar Association.
