Overview
Raphael Marjenberg is an Associate in the Firm's Miami office. His practice consists of general civil litigation, including the defense of intellectual property (trademark/image and likeness, copyright and trade secret) and commercial and premises liability claims.
Mr. Marjenberg grew up in Paris, France, before moving to the United States to pursue his higher education. Mr. Marjenberg attended The George Washington University for his undergraduate studies, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs. He subsequently received his Juris Doctorate from Florida International University College of Law.
During his time in law school, Mr. Marjenberg was a member of the Negotiation and Mediation Team and the Vis Moot Court Team, with which he represented FIU Law in national and international competitions. Mr. Marjenberg also served as an editor on the World Arbitration and Mediation Review, and worked as a Research Assistant for Professor Charles Jalloh, Special Rapporteur at the United Nations International Law Commission.
Mr. Marjenberg is a member of the Florida Bar and is also admitted to practice law in federal court, specifically in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Mr. Marjenberg is fluent in French and Spanish.
