Rene Diaz

Rene Diaz is an Associate in the Miami Office, focusing on civil litigation and construction claims. He represents contractors, subcontractors, and developers in a broad range of construction defect claims. Born and raised in Miami, Rene earned his Bachelors Degrees in both Political Science and Public Administration at Florida International University. Rene attended law school at the Florida International University College of Law, where he was an active member of the Moot Court Board of Appellate Advocates and served as one of the College's Student Ambassadors. Rene's notable experiences from his time in law school include interning for the Honorable Antonio Arzola of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, competing in the Zehmer National Moot Court Competition, and graduating cum laude.
