Rex A. Butler Jr.

Mr. Butler is an Associate in the firm's Tampa Office. His practice focuses in the areas of general civil litigation, vehicle negligence, catastrophic and personal injury, premises liability, and trucking defense. While in Law School, Mr. Butler competed on the University of Alabama's National Trial Advocacy Competition team and was a two time winner of the George Peach Taylor Award in recognition of outstanding performance. Mr. Butler also served on the managing board of the Journal of Legal Profession in the position of Ethics Opinion Editor.

Prior to joining Cole Scott & Kissane, Mr. Butler was a law clerk at two different civil litigation firms in Mobile, Alabama.
