Overview
Robert “Bob” de Flesco is a Partner at the firm's Fort Lauderdale West office. Mr. de Flesco devotes most of his practice to representing general contractors, subcontractors, developers, design professionals, material suppliers, and manufacturers in construction defect and delay claims. He also handles personal injury matters on behalf of architects, engineers, and contractors.
Since becoming a lawyer, Mr. de Flesco has represented hundreds of clients in matters of all sizes, from multimillion-dollar construction defect claims on high rise buildings, to single home property damage cases. On the injury side, his experience ranges from matters involving traumatic brain injuries to slip-and-falls on or near worksites.
Mr. de Flesco earned an accounting degree from Boston College. Following his undergraduate studies, he worked as a Certified Public Accountant for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and Tyco International.
Mr. de Flesco graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law. After law school, Mr. de Flesco served as a judicial fellow for the Honorable Cecilia M. Altonaga, U.S. District Court Judge for the Southern District of Florida.
