Rodrigo Fernandez

Rodrigo Fernandez is an Associate in the firm's Miami office where he practices primarily professional malpractice defense and personal injury litigation. Mr. Fernandez focuses his practice on defending attorneys, insurance agents, title agents, closing agents, appraisers, surveyors, accountants, real estate agents, and other professionals who are sued for malpractice and professional negligence.

Mr. Fernandez attended Florida International University where he received his Bachelor of Arts, and received his Juris Doctor Degree from St. Thomas University, Benjamin L. Crump College of Law. While in law school, Mr. Fernandez obtained a Business Law Certificate and participated in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program.

Mr. Fernandez is licensed to practice in all Florida state courts.
