Sade S. Oyinloye Jackson is a Partner in the firm’s Orlando office.
Ms. Jackson attended the Florida State University College of Law where she obtained her Juris Doctorate, cum laude.
After graduating law school, Ms. Jackson has practiced in the area of employment law, litigating cases involving discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation and unpaid wages in the 18th Judicial Circuit and the Middle District of Florida.
Ms. Jackson has also served as a State Attorney for the Department of Children & Families, 19th Circuit, where she litigated cases involving child abuse and neglect and as an Assistant State Attorney litigating criminal cases in the 9th Circuit. Ms. Jackson has returned multiple favorable verdicts following bench and jury trials.
Ms. Jackson currently focuses her practice on first party property disputes, insurance coverage disputes, bad faith and extra-contractual liability, and labor and employment disputes.
Ms. Jackson has been recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America since 2024.
