Overview
Samuel Falk is a partner attorney in the firm’s Miami Office. He practices in the areas of commercial litigation, condominium and community association, vehicle negligence, personal injury, premises liability, construction litigation, and employment law.
Mr. Falk received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from Nova Southeastern University, graduating with highest honors. Mr. Falk received his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. While in law school, Mr. Falk was the Articles & Comments Editor for the University of Miami Business Law Review. He was a Dean’s List Scholar and a recipient for the Priscilla Jewett Schneller Scholarship.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Falk practiced in the areas of commercial litigation, insurance defense, insurance coverage, and bad faith in Miami, Florida. Previously, Mr. Falk served as a judicial intern to Judge Leslie Rothenberg at the Third District Court of Appeal, where he researched the legal issues at the basis of the appeal and drafted memoranda, briefs, and case summaries.
