Overview

Sarah Egan is a partner in the firm’s Miami office and is the Managing Partner of the firm’s Key West office. She practices in the areas of general civil litigation, catastrophic and personal injury, vehicle negligence, premises liability, and medical malpractice. Ms. Egan has tried several jury trials to verdict throughout the State of Florida.

Ms. Egan obtained her Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida. She earned her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, where she made honor roll and Dean’s List. Ms. Egan was also a member of the Stetson Law Review and was a selected student member of Ferguson-White American Inn of Court. During her time in law school, Ms. Egan interned for the Honorable Thomas G. Wilson of the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida. After graduating from law school, Ms. Egan volunteered with the teen court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit and served on the Board of Directors of Florida Institute for Community Studies, Inc.  Ms. Egan has been acknowledged by Florida Trend Magazine’s Florida Legal Elite (2015 and 2017) as one of the top 2% of civil trial lawyers in the State of Florida. She has also been recognized in the 2023 Edition of U.S News & World Report The Best Lawyers in America in the practice area of Personal Injury Litigation. Additionally, Ms. Egan was the 2024 recipient of the St. Thomas University Benjamin L. Crump College of Law Legal Luminaries Award in the areas of personal injury and product liability defense.

Ms. Egan currently serves on the Florida Bar Eleventh Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee.
