Overview
Sean Sabogal is a civil litigator in the Fort Lauderdale East Office. Sean was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He received his Bachelor of Science degrees in both Sociology and Political Science from Florida State University. Thereafter, Sean graduated from the Florida International University College of Law, cum laude. During his time in law school, Sean made several appearances on the Dean's List. Sean was also an active member in both FIU Law's Moot Court Board of Appellate Advocacy and the school's Law Review Journal. He also participated in the law school's Small Business Clinic working with real South Florida local businesses. Moreover, Sean was awarded the CALI Book Award for receiving the highest grade in his second semester legal writing class, Legal Skills and Values II, where he completed an appellate brief.
Prior to practicing law, Sean gained experience as a law clerk in various legal fields such as business transactional law, corporate litigation, child dependency and civil cases, bankruptcy, and family law. Sean also gained valuable legal experience as a law clerk for the firm's First Party Property Group, following his second year of law school, and including his entire third year of law school.
Sean now focuses his practice in various legal fields, including first party property insurance defense, products liability, negligence disputes, motor vehicle and trucking accident injuries, and residential and commercial property litigation.
