Sebastian Aguirre

Sebastian Aguirre is an associate in the law firm's Miami office where he practices professional malpractice defense. He also has experience defending insurer bad faith litigation, negligent security claims, condominium cases, professional malpractice claims, Errors and Omissions cases, including claims brought against insurance brokers and agents. Mr. Aguirre primarily defends attorneys, insurance agents, title agents, closing agents, appraisers, surveyors, accountants and real estate agents and other professionals who are sued for malpractice and professional negligence. He also represents other companies and professionals in general litigation matters.

Mr. Aguirre graduated from Florida International University with a degree in Political Science. He received his Juris Doctor from University of Miami School of Law.

Mr. Aguirre is licensed to practice in all Florida state courts.
