Shielle Smith is Of Counsel in the firm's Miami office. Ms. Smith specializes in immigration and business law, with a particular focus on business and employment-based visas. She represents a diverse range of clients, including companies, investors, and individuals with immigration needs. Additionally, Ms. Smith has extensive experience in insurance disputes, commercial litigation, and contract drafting.
Ms. Smith earned her Master of Laws from Emory University School of Law and her Bachelor of Science in Legal Sciences from Centro Universitario da Grande Dourados in Brazil. During her LL.M. program, she volunteered with a nonprofit law firm, where she assisted clients with matters related to wills, estates, bankruptcy, and governmental benefits.
