Overview
Susette Gruebele is a partner in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale West Office. She has extensive experience handling insurance fraud claims. She has represented insurers and insureds in complex bodily injury, uninsured motorist, fraud and Personal Injury Protection cases.
Her primary areas of practice include: general civil litigation, personal injury protection (PIP), automobile negligence, federal practice, trucking accident defense, negligent security, insurance fraud, fraud litigation and carrier representation.
Ms. Gruebele, has tried numerous automobile negligence cases to verdict, with successful results, including those involving fraudulent insurance claims. She also has led and continues to lead some of the largest insurance fraud investigations for well-known insurance companies.
Ms. Gruebele specializes in fraud investigations on both an individual claim basis and on larger scales.
Ms. Gruebele received her undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree from Florida International University and her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center.
Ms. Gruebele, was recognized by her peers as a Florida Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2012-2023.
