Tiffany B. Batten is a Partner trial attorney in the firm’s Miami office. Her practice areas include General Civil Litigation, with a focus on premises liability, vertical transportation (elevators and escalators), and commercial trucking accident defense. Ms. Batten has extensive experience representing Fortune 500 clients, hotels, restaurants, gas stations, night clubs, apartment and condominium complexes, event spaces, and other retail establishments in various negligence and wrongful death matters. She has defended clients throughout the State of Florida and holds a distinctive understanding as to the various venues and their unique perspectives.

Ms. Batten was born and raised in Miami, Florida and received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, cum laude, from the University of Florida and received her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While attending the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Ms. Batten was a member of the Florida Moot Court Team and General Editor for the Journal of Law and Public Policy. Ms. Batten was placed on the Dean’s List every semester in law school, earned the book award for the highest grade in Finance for Lawyers, and is a member of Florida Blue Key.
