Overview
Tyler Setcavage is an associate in the firm's Tampa office. He's been practicing law since 2016, when he was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar. His practice now focuses on construction defect defense litigation.
Tyler was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He attended Pennsylvania State University and recieved a Bachelors in Psychology. During his undergraduate education, Tyler was employed as a law clerk at a boutique defense firm that defended personal injury cases.
After graduation from Penn State, Tyler attended law school in Pittsburgh at Duquesne University. Following law school and passage of the Pennsylvania bar, Tyler worked as trial counsel on personal injury, first party property damage, bad faith, products liability, civil rights, legal malpractice, medical malpractice, employment discrimination, disability, and workers' compensation matters. After about seven years of practice in Pennsylvania, Tyler took the Florida bar and passed in 2023.
