Yale I. Markus, an Associate in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale East office, practices in the areas of medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, personal injury/wrongful death, and mass tort litigation in Florida.
He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Monmouth University in West Long Branch, New Jersey, and then matriculated at Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law in Davie, Florida, graduating in 1993.
Some years later, Mr. Markus returned to school two times, earning his Master of Science in Nursing again at Monmouth, then a Post-Master’s Certificate in Nursing at Liberty University, Lynchburg, Virginia, becoming board certified in family medicine and psychiatry.
Mr. Markus is admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of Florida and all state courts of Florida, and he is retired from practice in his native State of New Jersey. He is an author and lecturer for continuing education in law and medicine.
