Impact of the 2019 Assignment of
Benefit Law to Insurance Litigation

Apr 28, 2021 10:00 am
Presented by George Hooker Robert Guinn

In May 2019, the Florida Legislature significantly reformed the Assignment of Benefits (“AOB”) statute as it relates to property insurance claims. Since that date, AOB companies and Plaintiff lawyers, have had to come up with new and creative ways to circumvent and work within the new statute.

Please join CSK’s Miami partners, George Hooker and Robert Guinn, for a presentation and discussion addressing the changes in the law, the impact on litigation, as well as best practices and recommendations moving forward. Special guest speaker Wesley Todd, Founder and CEO of CaseGlide, will also provide an in-depth statistical analysis of claims submitted prior to the change in 2019 through the present.

Please email or with any specific questions you would like to have addressed during the webinar. Please email if you need assistance with registration or attendance.

**Please note: This webinar is being provided free of charge. However, if the company you work for has a no gifting policy, the cost of the webinar is $10.
