Courtney Kaiser is an associate in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale West office. She primarily focuses her practice in the areas of construction law, general civil litigation, and personal injury protection.

Ms. Kaiser graduated with highest honors from the University of Florida, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations. Ms. Kaiser then earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami, graduating with honors. During law school, Ms. Kaiser served as the Executive Editor of the Inter-American Law Review and as a Senator in the Student Bar Association.

Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane as an associate, Ms. Kaiser was a summer law clerk for the firm in its Miami office, working on matters involving personal injury protection and general civil liability. The following summer, Ms. Kaiser worked at a firm in Downtown Miami, focusing on corporate and commercial transactions.
