Overview
Jake Roth is an associate in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale East office. He primarily focuses in the area of first-party property insurance defense.
Mr. Roth is a May 2020 graduate of Florida International University College Law. During law school, Jake was a member of the FIU Law Review and Moot Court team in addition to participating in the Business Innovation & Technology Clinic. After participating in the Business Innovation & Technology Clinic, Mr. Roth was awarded for Outstanding Contributions and Work in the Business Innovation & Technology Clinic.
During his law school career. Jake was able to gain a wide variety of legal experience starting with his first summer, during which he practiced PIP law; interned at the Securities and Exchange Commission before gaining business litigation experience as an intern and as an associate attorney in other firms.
