Nick Cardamone is an associate in the firm’s West Palm Beach office. He practices in the areas of Commercial and Civil Litigation, with an emphasis on construction disputes. Nick represents developers, contractors, subcontractors and other business entities in construction defect and negligence claims. Additionally, Nick defends premises liability claims.

Nick graduated from the University of Florida where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance, Cum Laude, with a minor in Real Estate. Nick then earned his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law. During his studies at Florida State, Nick clerked for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection where he assisted attorneys with various state lands and litigation issues. Nick also clerked for Cole, Scott & Kissane during law school and after graduating from law school.
