Samantha Sibley is an associate at the firm’s Tampa office where she works within the General Liability team.

Ms. Sibley is a Bay Area native. She attended the University of Central Florida and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. After graduation she moved to Nashville, Tennessee and attended law school at Belmont University College of Law where she earned her Juris Doctor.

Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Ms. Sibley was an Assistant Public Defender in the 13^th Judicial Circuit. As an Assistant Public Defender, she handled over a thousand cases in County and Circuit Courts, including 19 bench trials and over 30 hearings.

In her free time, Ms. Sibley is an avid hockey and Tampa Bay Lightning fan!
