Sean M. Sabogal is an associate in Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A's Fort Lauderdale East Offices' Property Group. Mr. Sabogal primarily focuses his practice in the area of general litigation, specifically in First Party Property.

Mr. Sabogal was born and raised in Miami. Sean Sabogal received his Bachelors of Science in both Sociology and Political Science at Florida State University. Thereafter, Sean graduated from the Florida International University College of Law, cum laude, and after having made several appearances on the Dean's List. During his time in law school, Sean was an active member in the Moot Court Board of Appellate Advocacy and Law Review, and also participated in the law school's Small Business Clinic working with real South Florida local businesses. Sean also received the Book Award for receiving the highest grade in his second semester legal writing class, Legal Skills and Values II, where he completed an appellate brief.

Prior to practicing law, Mr. Sabogal gained experience as a law clerk in various legal fields such as business transactional law, corporate litigation, child dependency and civil cases, bankruptcy, and family law. Sean has also had experience as a law clerk for Cole, Scott and Kissane, P.A. in the Property Group, following his second year of law school, and including his entire third year of law school.

Mr. Sabogal is a member of the Florida Bar.
