Taylor H. Scheiner is a Partner in the firm’s Miami office. Mr. Scheiner devotes most of his practice to various areas of construction law, including, representation of developers, contractors and subcontractors in construction defect claims. Mr. Scheiner also represents design professionals and consulting engineers in professional liability cases.

Mr. Scheiner obtained his Bachelor of the Arts in Political Science from the University of Miami where he enjoyed a great deal of academic success. Mr. Scheiner graduated cum laude from the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College Of Law, where he made the Dean’s List on numerous occasions. While attending law school, Mr. Scheiner was the law clerk for a prominent insurance company’s in-house counsel and was the research assistant to the Dean of the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College Of Law, Laura Rosenbury.

Mr. Scheiner is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Florida and all other State courts within the State of Florida.

Mr. Scheiner has been recognized as 2021-2022 ‘Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch’ – Commercial Litigation and Construction Law. Mr. Scheiner also has been recognized as a 2023 Florida Rising Star, by the Florida Super Lawyers Magazine.
