Theresa Ginsberg is an associate in the firm’s Orlando Office. Theresa litigates and manages risk in complex commercial and professional malpractice throughout the state of Florida.

Before becoming an attorney and while in law in school, Ms. Ginsberg worked in banking for 12 years. Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Ms. Ginsberg practiced in the area of tax law.
