Tullio E. Iacono is a Partner with 25 years of legal experience, and he specializes in defending health care providers in complex medical malpractice litigation. In addition to brain injury, catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases, Tullio represents emergency room physicians, urgent care practitioners and medical assistants on a wide range of high-exposure claims related to health care delivery. He has managed the defense of a large volume of medical malpractice lawsuits, and has tried numerous cases at the state and federal levels. Alongside litigation defense, Tullio also protects the rights of clients in hearings, investigations, disciplinary actions and licensing matters before the Florida Department of Health Board of Medicine and the Board of Dentistry.

Tullio earned a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami Law School and a B.A. in Political Science at Oglethorpe University in Atlanta.
