Bonita Springs Partner, Brett Fisher, obtained a summary judgment on a case which dealt with two homeowners’ claims against their HOA relative to its rules on short-term rentals. Brett argued the rules are uniformly enforced, and the Plaintiffs are required to adhere to the rental rules by virtue of the HOA’s restrictive covenants.
