Melanie H. Everett earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from The Ohio State University, and subsequently obtained her Juris Doctorate from Capital University School of Law in Columbus, Ohio. For the duration of her law school experience, she was a law clerk at Rolfes Henry, LPA in Columbus, Ohio assisting the firm’s associates and partners primarily in insurance defense litigation. She provides counseling and defense in the areas of medical malpractice, nursing home health care, condominium and homeowners association matters, property damage claims, sex trafficking/human trafficking defense and others.
